Last weekend I went with

maaseru to the birthday party at The Wellness Group, where I got a brief free massage and a Reiki treatment.

A few days later, they phoned to say I'd won a free massage, as a door prize.

I claimed it today. The massage was with Sara Grace Petrunewich, and it was terrific. One of the best massages I've ever had; and my left arm hasn't felt so good since I broke it in June.

Aaah, heaven.
