As far as I can find, the artist is only defined by the nick KMRimg (and I cannot find a link to artist's profile or anything).

Hello! I found this post in the Latest Things section.

calime is right, the artist is called KMRimg. They're actually Japanese, and their website is here. I've followed them on pixiv for a while.
