Having drafted commodorified to help me remove all the boxes and stuff from the top shelf of my closet, I went through all the boxes today, and put some things away, and put others aside for discard. I'll contact the management about fixing my shelf tomorrow. Turns out it's only my boxes and drawers of stuff that is holding the shelf up, and it's so badly warped things keep falling off.

Did my exercises. My back still hurt. This made me grumpy.

Went for a walk with Lisa, and had a carrot-mango juice at Vitae Mine on Laurier while she ate a shrimp sandwich. We discussed the difficulty of finding a good shiatsu practitioner locally. Or someone who does reiki. Suggestions welcome.

Then I met maaseru for lunch at Yang Sheng. I think I am mildly addicted to that place.

Watched this week's Castle, "Suicide Squeeze". I thought the plot was transparent, but I enjoyed it: especially the parallel themes of unknown fathers. We have two mysteries now - Kate's mother, and Castle's father.

Followed that with two episodes of White Collar, "Flip of the Coin" (which maaseru hadn't seen) and "The Portrait". Enjoyed both mightily.
