7:15 turn on lamp; read
7:45 bathroom, brush and floss teeth, skin cream, kettle, feed birds
8:00 exercise/yoga
8:45 shower, dress
9:00 breakfast with Marcelle

Each day, do the following:

1. brush and floss teeth
   
2. write
   
3. read some French
   
4. exercise/yoga
   
5. list what I ate
   
6. housecleaning
