Discounting musicals, which would be beside the point, and really just picking my favourites:

1. The Windmills of Your Mind – The Thomas Crown Affair, 1968 (Noel Harrison, though many other singers have performed this, including Sting.)
   
2. As Time Goes By – Casablanca, 1942.
   
3. She – Notting Hill, 1999. (Originally done by Charles Aznavour; performed for the movie by Elvis Costello)
   
4. Live and Let Die - Live and Let Die, 1973. (Paul McCartney)
   
5. Princes of the Universe - Highlander, 1992-1999. (Queen)
