fajrdrakoFilling out forms is so annoying.
Filling out government forms is the worst.
Having filled out the forms for my current Employment Insurance report, I was told to telephone them, and then spent the predictable time on hold. Then answered the required questions. Then sat on hold for longer even than the first time. Then was given more forms...
Not to complain; EI is a wonderful thing, and the woman I spoke to was friendly and helpful. But can't they make it more user friendly? Or at least... quicker?
