My beautiful Acer Aspire One...

I got it yesterday.

See, maaseru and I were at Costco, and they had the Acer Aspire One on sale at a cost like we'd never seen. And they weren't sold out. And it looked beautiful. Nice shiny blue covers.

maaseru was going to buy it as a birthday present for herself. I suggested that we buy them as putative presents for each other - a gift is so much easier to square with the conscience and the budget.

So we spent yesterday evening setting them up.
