St. Jacob's Market
Jul. 12th, 2009 04:30 pmOn July 27, when
1. Maaseru in a quilt shop. Mennonite women were giving demonstrations of quilt-making in the upstairs room. They sold all sorts of things besides quilts; I bought an incredibly beautiful apron, and some horehounds.

Some of the quilts in the quilt shop.

The quilt I liked best, though many of them were beautiful.

4. Maaseru talking with the Mennonite man who makes wooden furniture. His furniture was oddly shaped, twisty very cute.

5. The little dog and the lettuce.

6. We stopped to watch a girl play the Welsh harp. She played beautifully.

7. St. Jacob's Market.

8. Mennonite girls selling dolls and flowers.

9. The back room.

10. Ontario cheries.

11. The dog and the potatoes.
