Eleven's companion. Karen Gillan.

Karen Gillan IS the Doctor's New Companion! Seems she hasn't been in much, but she was the Soothsayer in "The Fires of Pompeii". I can't remember a Soothsayer. Was she the one all covered in Pyrovite makeup?

And a news item on her.



She looks to me like a composite of Rose, Sarah Jane, and Donna. Which could make her prime Companion material. I like her hair.

I was slightly hoping that they'd choose an Asian, a man, a boy, or anyone over the age of 40 to be the companion, to be a contrast to Matt Smith. But that's okay. There is (generally speaking) enough diversity in the show that it works out.
