Supernatural...

Over the course of the day I watched Supernatural episodes "Heart", "What is and What Never Should Be", "Folsom Prison Blues", "Hook Man", "Bugs", "The Rapture", "When the Levee Breaks" and "Lucifer Rising".
Of course I had already seen all of season 4, and this time round I had an entirely different interpretation of "When the Levee Breaks'. I'd thought Sam's visions and reactions while locked in Bobby's room were the results of demon blood withdrawal and his own subconscious. Now I think it was a fabrication by Zachariah, to manipulate him. The biggest clue? The phone call in "Lucifer Rising", which we know isn't from Dean. The second biggest clue? Zachariah's manipulation of their reality (and their memories) in "It's a Terrible Life".
In fact, "When the Levee Breaks" and "Lucifer Rising" are flip sides of each other; in "Levee", Sam is trapped and manipulated by Zachariah; in "Lucifer Rising", it's Dean who is trapped.
Interestingly, in both cases, it's Castiel who physically sets them free.
