Okay, I've read this 4 times and I completely don't get it. *scratches head* Intriguing, but puzzling.

The way I interpret it: a truck is blocking the way. Another truck wants the driver to move. They're about to fight over it when the second driver sees that the first driver had just stopped (and blocked the way) to take on a handicapped woman. The (increasingly beligerant) first driver cools down and says, "You should have explained, I'm cool with that."

Basically saying: understanding = acceptance, or communication = forbearance.

Oh. That makes sense - my context was all wonky and I couldn't get that it was a conversation going in the first bit.

Looking again, I see the handicapped woman was getting out of the car, not getting in. Oops. But otherwise, yes.

I've already remembered the last line of that but not so much the rest, jsut the sense of it, so I'm happy to have found it again.
