Felt miserable today. Went for a walk - and felt worse. Aching all over. Particularly sore eyes and back. It feels like a lactic acid problem, but why?

Spent a good part of the afternoon sleeping. Now I'm going to sleep some more.

Maybe it's because the temperature's headed back down?

I've noticed that my eyes/lips/skin have been a lot drier in the last two days because the humidity's decreased because of colder temperatures.

Thanks for the good wishes - yes, my skin is suddenly drier too, and I woke up feeling itchy. Ugh.

I'm off to bed again now, hoping to feel better tomorrow.
