fajrdrakoMorning: yoga. Felt good.
Then a massage. It felt even better. This was at the Glebe Massage Centre, with Jennifer. I felt like a million dollars afterwards.
At home, I had a delightful sushi lunch with

raynedaze, who then cleaned my kitchen and bathroom while Sandi set up her old scanner on my computer - a difficult task, as it turned out - and fixed my registry and did other useful things, including giving me a new defrag program. I traded her a quantity of bland DVDs for the scanner. Wonderful deal.Beulah came over, and we had supper at The Green Door. Then back to my place, we watched The Sarah Jane Adventures and enjoyed it mightily.
