Of course, I'm already thinking of alternatives... I've chose my favourites, but perhaps it would be good to have something I don't know so well?

You liked Star Trek: First Contact too? A lot of my ST fan friends were disappointed in it, but I totally loved that movie.

Haven't seen Elizabethtown, despite its title.

Doctor Who: Season 4 was wonderful. I only chose series 1 because of Christopher Eccleston, and not having enough choices to choose them all. But I know, as I frittered away those days of idle pleasure on that lovely desert island (where it would be so much warmer than here!), I'd wish I had series 4.

I loved First Contact well I loved them all but that one would be my favorite out of TNG movies. It was hard choosing just five movie/TV seires I really would love to have a choice of 25 =) then I would add the rest of Doctor Who, Torchwood, Robin Hood, Star Treks, The IT Crowd, And Primeval.

Yes, I think First Contact was my favourite ST:TNG movie, and I really liked ST:TNG. Which Robin Hood did you like? I liked Robin of Sherwood, and I liked Prince of Thieves because of Alan Rickman. (And the beautiful Maid Marian.)

The Robin Hood I like the best is the new one that came out in 2006 on british network but yeah I alos loved Prince of Thieves Alan Rickman is such a great actor he can pretty much play any role and be great at it. I was a big fan of him as Snape in Harry Potter I can't think of anyone else who can play the role.

I haven't seen the new Robin Hood yet. I'm hoping to. Yes, Alan Rickman is wonderful in any role... and his Snape was my favourite HP character.
