1. How much time do you spend online each day?

Too much.

I have a 24-hr high-speed connection both at work and at home. I check my e-mail and my LJ as often as I can. I love every minute of it.

2. What is your browser homepage set to?

Blank screen. I have, at various times, had it set to Google or my own home page or Backflip or other odds and ends. At work it's set to MSN - I don't have control over that, but that's okay, there are diverting things there sometimes. Though I could gripe about its worldview of crass commercialism and meaningless superficiality, but will I do that? No, not here, not now.

3. Do you use any instant messaging programs? If so, which one(s)?

AIM and Yahoo. Generally speaking, for faraway friends like

adamlizz I use AIM and for local friends like

blackbyrde I use Yahoo. I'm not sure how it happened that way.

4. Where was your first webpage located?

My goodness - I don't even remember. That was eons ago. Some time before the sympatico account. National Capital Freenet? No, it was before they had web pages. I'm really not sure.

5. How long have you had your current website?

Since I started using Rogers as my ISP, with their fancy digital-TV package that currently isn't working but which will start to work again any minute now. About a year. I started with it in September 2002. Despite my comment here, mostly I've had good service and I'm happy with them.

When I got the Rogers account, I switched over my "regular" page at World of Wonders at http://members.rogers.com/azurite/home.html, which I left mostly unchanged. I haven't updated it in ages, since at the same time I started Fajrdrako's Nest at http://members.rogers.com/fajrdrako/nest.html, where I put my fanfic. That gets updated regularly, though maybe not quite regularly enough. Livejournal is where I put my current stuff and ramblings.
