The only regeneration scenes I've ever seen were in "The Parting of the Ways" and "The Stolen Earth", unless you count the regeneration of the Master in "Utopia". And thought the suspense factor in "The Stolen Earth" was terrific, it didn't become a 'real' regeneration because we still had Ten at the end of it. (Doubled.)
