I suppose if I had to, I'd probably choose Gregor's and Laisa's, just because of Miles's description of it, especially the bit about Aral crying (and Miles wiping tears away himself [g]).
But I love Roic's point of view of Miles and Ekaterin's wedding, too. Especially the humping rabbits and "The bride looked not so much radiant as incandescent. The groom looked gobsmacked." I don't think it would have worked as well from the POV of one of the principals, who would have been way too distracted to do it justice [g].
