From September 18, 2008: Autumn is starting (here in the US, anyway), and kids are heading back to school–does the changing season change your reading habits? Less time? More? Are you just in the mood for different kinds of books than you were over the summer?
My life doesn't change with the seasons, except maybe that I wear a jacket when I go out now. And in a few months it will be boots and winter coats. But reading habits? Lifestyle? Doesn't change with the seasons, hasn't done so since I was in high school, and there were dinosaurs around then.

So. Boring answer. My reading doesn't change. Yup: the same old fiction, non-fiction, slashfic, comics, poetry, magazines, yoga philosophy.

How to make this more interesting? Does my reading ever become seasonal? Perhaps in December, when I sometimes enjoy Christmas stories.

Sounds very much like me. I work my way through my TBR pile year round. Some times of year I have more time and more energy for reading, but I read all year round, and those times are not necessarily seasonal.

It isn't as if there is any time when I am less interested in reading!
