I was a tad disappointed with "Another Side", too. The arrangements were sort of... uninspired... and the songs themselves were not favourites. Some of them I used to dislike - and have come to like them with Barrowman singing them, which just shows how skewed my judgement is! Still. I'd much rather hear him singing showtunes or just... better songs.
And when I saw he had "Uptown Girl" on the list I did my best impression of the Doctor saying, "What??!!" Or maybe even his patented phrase: "That's impossible!"
