Well, yes - it means that each time we have a new episode there's some secret thing to look at, an idea or a development or - well, I suppose it could even be a visual thing, something in the background that acquired increasing significance. Which is really cool. Not just guessing what the thing might be - like Bad Wolf, which I never could have guessed in a million years - but its identity as well as its nature.
There's a sense of thematic complexity to the idea that I love.
