I could've sworn I've read two or three fics with Jack/Andy... But I only remember http://szm.livejournal.com/76492.html clearly. The others may have been drabbles, or just generic Jack/Ianto-centric fics where Jack's flirting with anyone in his path with an Andy that had joined Torchwood. Regarding the latter category (though I don't think there was any Jack/Andy flirting, alas), I remember a fic series with a T3 Andy and zombies, as well as a completely unrelated fic series where Jack had been gone for quite some time before returning + T3 recruited Andy (because Gwen died?) + Ianto was getting strangely effected by something at the rift.
