A few of of us downloaded and watched while commenting on IRC (darkmyst server, #twtalk - we're open Wednesday nights just in case anyone ever wants to join) and our main rambles were along similar lines.
Couple things, though: 1. Jack really needs to invest in some lightbulbs and maybe a cheery mural for his hidden base o' mystery. 2. If Jack started the hidden hospital when he joined Torchwood, that means that it's a good guess that Ianto had to run the place while Jack was AWOL at the end of time.
