Yes, and done so smoothly, in my opinion. I love the way it's not 'gay characters in this category over here, straight characters in the middle'.
I've heard people say that it's unrealistic to have an organization in which everyone is bi, but I've worked in a situation where, with seven employees, four were bi, one was gay, and two were straight (but not narrow). The odds look about right to me.
I suspect that Jack and Vimes make pretty good AUs for each other.
