Once again I looked at jfc013's question meme and once again I became intrigued. Why do do I do that?

This time the questions are in threes, and I like that. I like Diana Wynne Jones' Power of Three, I like triads and trinities and threesomes.

2. Elizabeth
3. Lizzie or Liz - well, I don't exactly "go by" these, but I get called these things by my unrepentant friends. Occasionally I abbreviate my name in writing to "Eliz" - signing notes and such. Generally speaking, I don't like pseudonyms and I don't like nicknames.

Three physical things you like about yourself:
1. Toes
2. Hair (yup, having a Good Hair Day today)

1. Scars (the remnants of scleroderma)
2. That fat on my tummy - where'd it come from?
3. The way I need glasses to read now, when my eyesight used to be excellent.

1. British (father born in Leicester)
2. Scottish (mother's ancestors were Grants)
3. Irish (mother's other ancestors were from Ballymacheramerie, County Down. I spent years trying to find Ballymacheramerie on a map, and was ready to give it all up as a family myth, until my friend Thomas found a map that still showed the place. Yup, it's real, and I was quite thrilled.)
