There are some wonderful Doctor Who icons out there. I have a weakness for icons that show the Doctor's face. jhava just made a really nice bunch, and cheesygirl did the set with the portraits from "The Infinite Quest". That lovely one of Jack and Rose dancing at Big Ben (always a classic) is by laurab1.
