I'm not sure Grandma Petrelli is clairvoyant. She might be, but I'm pretty sure Mister Deveaux was the psychic dreamer. My guess is that she knew about the boys because of her connection to Primatech/Linderman/etc. And possibly because of her husband, who I'm guessing was also special (but couldn't deal with it, hence his suicide. If it was actually suicide).
