A truly isolated group shut away from all outside contact would develop other problems over several generations, simply because everyone was related to everybody else, without exception, in many, many ways.
One is bad or simply odd recessives cropping up, until the entire tribe had six fingers or profound deafness, etc.
The other is that even though sexual desires were as strong as ever, this very isolation would make taking an interest in a fellow tribe member somewhat on the order of kissing your sister. Literally.
