World Enough and Time

I've never tried Ouzo, but my suspicion is it's probably like Grappa - best as a small tot along with your black coffee. Especially with Greek coffee, as that tends to be sweet and sludgy. (My favourite variant of Greek/Turkish coffee is the Arabic Coffee at Phenicia, in West Nicolson Street, Edinburgh. That has rosewater and cardamom in it...! I can also recommend the mint tea at Palmyra, a Lebanese café.)
