Yes. This was a "let's hit Jack when he's down" episode. Poor Jack! As a visual and conceptual item, I really liked the rose-petals in the mouth thing, too. But that wasn't a single scene.
1x06 Jack bursting in and shooting all the bad guys
Oh yes, that was a magnificent moment. He was perfect. Expressions, everything.
1x07 Runner-up - Jack feeling Tosh trying to read his mind.
Yes. I liked most of the Mary scenes, and I liked the moments when we saw her in alien form.
1x08 Runner-up... Gwen storming Jack's office.
Yes, oh yes! Twin acrobats, and Gwen scowling and pacing. Delicious.
A lot of Jack? Nothing wrong with a lot of Jack! I'm with you there. I'm happiest when he's on the screen.
