Her name is Feema Agyeman (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doctor_Who#Companions). She appeared briefly in Army of Ghosts as the member of Torchwood staff who is first assimilated by the Cybermen.
And, yes, they all look fantastic (as the Doctor says).
