I often complain that I don't have enough fannish dreams. I don't often remember my dreams, don't usually want to - most of my dreams tend to be boring, annoying, and dark.

But last night I dreamed about the Doctor - it was Nine - leading me through a labyrinth.

Good dream.

Sunday is my birthday. Doesn't mean I haven't started celebrating already!

I just checked my lj for last September and found that, yes, the 25th is your birthday. Am v. v. glad not to have missed it completely!

So you're celebrating in your dreams, then? :) I'm assuming that you voted for CE in the sexiest time traveller poll - I tried to, but was foiled by the site taking too long to respond. And I have to admit that I felt just a tiny bit guilty about not voting for DT... I think we should just conclude that they are the two sexiest Time Travellers ever and leave it at that.

Who was winning, anyway?

And may you dream of Ten tonight! And of both of them the next night. ;)

Sept. 24.

Yes, I voted for Ecccleston, and even while I did (with no qualms, as his sexiness is unparalled) I found myself staring at the photo of Tennant thinking, "Isn't he adorable?" So it's hard to begrudge him the "sexiest" label too. Tennant was winning last I looked - his lead has been increasing all day.

Oh, I hope I do have those dreams about both Nine and Ten, and maybe Captain Jack as well.

A parcel is on its way from Scotland already... The boys (Gallifreyan and Piemontese) think you will enjoy it.

I had a music fandom-related dream the other night. CDs were under discussion for some reason. Not very exciting.

It still sounds better than my usual run of dreams. Lately I've been having recurring dreams of wandering, lost, in hotel corridors in mysterious places - maybe it's because I want to travel, and can't?

I got it in today's mail! Very exciting. I'm making myself wait till Sunday to open it.

Whatever it is - thank you.

I wonder?
Mine turned on the fact that the tune of Blondel de Nesle's L'amour dont sui espris is the same as the Carmina Burana's Procurans odium. As a result, I keep humming the damn thing...

That sounds good to me! I wish I dreamed about my medieval guys, too. I wouldn't mind being lost in hotels in the 12th century.

I had a recurring dream about Conrad in my late teens: that I was there when he was attacked, and he fell into my arms and I felt the blood running over my hands...
Fortunately, when he appears now, he's usually completely well or (at worst) convalescent, and generally in pretty good spirits.

My boys often wander about my imagination, whether I'm sleeping or waking.
But I'm glad I don't see him getting hurt any more.

When I am awake, they're there in my imagination whenever I summon them, which is often. When I sleep... I get anxious, uninteresting dreams. I'm not generally an anxious person when awake, I think it all lurks in my subconscious.

Let's just say, the poll gives new meaning to the movie "10" and the Beatles song "Number Nine." ;)

And now we know why. :)

Mind, I prefer Eccleston. I'm not saying Ten[nant]'s not pretty, but I prefer bigger men; there's less risk of cutting oneself on a protruding rib. ;)

I prefer Eccleston for a number of reasons; but I love both Doctors.
