And what an ending it was. Slings and Arrows was great from the beginning, but episode 6 of season 3 was... well, something else again. It's as if all the rest of season 3 was just a build-up to the magnificent last act.

I wept buckets. In a good way.

And dammit, I really want to see that fictional production of King Lear.

I cannot tell you how jealous I am. I've seen the first two seasons, but it'll be a while before Season 3 plays on Sundance Channel. Of course, season 2 is going to be available later this year here, so I'll just try to be happy about that. :(

...

Wah!

Oooh, good icon!

I am eager to watch season 3 a second time - it should be turning up on the 'on demand' channel any time soon. I hope!

And if it's any consolation, the US gets just about any other show on earth before we do.

The icon is by [livejournal.com profile] dar_jeeling, there's lots of them. Like this one. :)

No, it's no consolation, because I always end up feeling bad for you Canadians when we're watching stuff and can't talk to you about it.

I'll do my best to survive the wait. Oh, woe! But I do thank you for sharing. :::hug:::

Also a beautiful icon! With a so very photogenic subject.

Yeah, it's a pain when we can't discuss a TV show that it seems everyone has seen. I suppose it should help us cultivate patience or something. Mostly it just makes us grumpy.
