I am writing this in Marilyn Barry's beautiful computer room - facing a bookshelf that has the Lymond books and the Nicholas books lined up on the top shelf. Much neater than my own bookshelves, but otherwise iddly familiar! The Dolly books are below that. Somewhat closer to my nose level as a number of travel books that sound like a series of places where Dunnett novels have been set - The Loire Valley, Venice, Great Britain, and Malta. Such a nice recognition factor.
And the last time I saw Marilyn and Paul was at Hagar Qim. What a delightful memory.
And Marilyn has a set of Dunnett audiobooks! How wonderful!
