But I think that Sakamoto is your "last" name. We'd call you Michiyo. (This is cute, but I don't know if I want to post my results in my journal--takes one too many steps to make the kanji appear!)

You're quite right, and I can live with "Michiyo". I don't see the kanji on my computer at home, but it comes out fine at work. Not that I can read kanji. So many languages, so little time.
