Frazzled, exhausted, stressed.... A yoga class this evening was exactly what I needed and it made me feel... tired but okay. I paid for the next year of yoga classes today.

Watched Smallville on the Canadian channel - "Truth". A very interesting episode in many ways. I do wish Lana would go to Paris. A great city, Paris. She'd love it. While there, she might grow up a little, and be a better person when she came back. (Or maybe not. Well, I can hope.) I liked her perception that people thought she was too wrapped up in herself.
