1. ...owned a restaurant, what kind of food would you serve?

Eclectic. My favourite stuff. If I had to choose one type, it would be Japanese, with a really good chef.

2. ...owned a small store, what kind of merchandise would you sell?

Comic books.

3. ...wrote a book, what genre would it be?

Historical fiction.

4. ...ran a school, what would you teach?

History.

5. ...recorded an album, what kind of music would be on it?

Songs. I don't know. Something like Dead Can Dance or Sting or the Beatles or Emma Shapplin or Rolf Harris... depending on my fantasy mood of the moment. I guess if I wanted to fantasize musical talent, I'd give myself the talents of Emma Shapplin.
