Tuesday...

Yesterday I felt I had the problem of not getting much done, and the harder I tried, the less I accomplished. Today was much better.

Remember the company who tested me for a job, and I managed to write my test electronically, and lost it before it got to them? They assured me today I can do the test again. Maybe tomorrow. Yay!

Had lunch with maaseru at Vietnamese Kitchen.

Read The Death of Wolverine, and enjoyed it very much. Found it interesting how this particular story - in which Logan's soul is sundered from his body by Azrael, the Angel of Death, and Dr Strange tries to put him together again - is a parallel to the current storyline in which Logan's soul is in Hell and his body, on Earth, is being used by a Demon. In the current story, Wolvie's afterlife is a classic hell, with tormenting Demons, familiar dead, and a wasted landscape. In the earlier story, his afterlife was a well-stocked bar, with plentiful beer.

In the evening, commodorified, fairestcat, random and auriaephiala call came over and we watched The King's Speech. I made carrot soup, commodorified roasted a chicken, and fairestcat made a fruit salad.

Still practising knitting. Still messing up, still unravelling everything I knit, but it's getting easier.
