Morning: went, in falling snow, to Services Canada to see if I could get reinstated on EI - put in an application to reactivate my claim.
Then: library, groceries.
Then: Lunch with Jacques at Roast'n'Brew. Enjoyed it thoroughly.
Then: visited
maaseru's place to say good-bye to Ysabelle, who is going back to Montreal. Had a nice chat. Actually, they bickered about vegetables. (Silliness.)
Then: Had dinner with
commodorified,
fairestcat,
auriaephiala and
raynedaze. Chatted, knitted, and
Leverage 3x15, "The Big Bang Job" and 3x16, "The San Lorenzo Job". Following that,
Zen, which proved once again that just about anything with Rufus Sewell is worth watching, with the possible exception of
A Knight's Tale. I'd read one of the Aurellio Zen novels, but didn't remember that until we were well into the story - they captured the author's style well. Not so much the style of the Italian people, but maybe that was because of the English dialogue. It came across to me as more British than Italian, but I did love the setting, and the ending. Caterina Murino, who plays Tania, reminded me of Claudia Black - not a bad thing.
