Airplanes and changing leaves...
Sep. 18th, 2009 11:41 pmToday we went to the aviation museum. I've never known much about planes; the only plane I eer felt sentimental about is the plane (the Spitfire?) flown by the RAF pilot Captain Jack Harkness, the one that our Captain Jack kept a model of on his desk.
The aviation museum turned out to be fascinating; and Don's anecdotes and information about the various planes made it all the more interesting. Now I want to read up on planes.
Afterwards, we went to Gatineau Park and had a look at the first bits of fall foliage, and then ate tea and scones at Kingsmere.
