Morning: my check-up with Dr. Griffiths. Blood pressure 122/80. (Good.) Have to do routine blood tests. She tells me I'm healthy. Nice to hear it.
My ankle is fine now.
After breakfast at Jim's Cafe, I went home and did a pile of paperwork, bank work, and housekeeping. Copied episodes of Torchwood and Supernatural from the DVR hard drive to disks. And watched them while doing housework. Made more plans for my UK trip. Felt mildly decadent.
Then errands: went with

Spent the evening watching three Supernatural episodes: "On the Head of a Pin" (4x16), "It's a Terrible Life" (4x17) and "The Monster at the End of This Book" (4x18). I love the intensity of "On the Head of a Pin", but - well, I can't help loving all three episodes because of the way they feature Castiel.
I'd forgotten how much humour there was in those. And things whose significance I didn't notice or remember the first time round - such as that in "It's a Terrible Life", Dean says his parents are named Bob and Ellen.
Wondered about Lilith, though. What does she get out of the coming Apocalypse besides potential sex with Sam, and imminent death? What's her agenda?
...When I talk about my day like this, it sounds quiet. So why did I think it was so busy? Tiring? Frenetic, even?
