I'd Do Anything, 1x02
Mar. 25th, 2008 10:36 pmSo it's the second week of I'd Do Anything and the plot, as they say, thickens. Of the ones I liked, two out of three were eliminated right off - so that leaves one other on my 'favourites' list, and a few others I like. There are several whose looks and style I don't much like, but their singing is great.
I'm really enjoying the music. As I always do.
I envied Jessie when she got upset, and was comforted by a big hug from John Barrowman. (So sweet.)
Iron Man #27...
Mar. 25th, 2008 11:09 pmToday I read Iron Man: Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. #27. A good conversation between Tony Stark and Dum Dum Dugan:
Tony: I want to stick a fork in this deal a.s.a.p. and get back to work. Fight dirty if you have to.You have to understand here that Nick Fury is one of my favourite Marvel characters; any mention of him is appreciated.
Dum Dum: How dirty?
Tony: Nick Fury dirty.
Good writers here, Daniel and Charles Knauf: Daniel Knauf is the man who wrote the TV series Carnivale. And I liked the artist, too: Carlo Pagulayan, with inks by Jeffrey Huet.
