This should teach me to do these silly quizzes on my lunch break. Now, it won't stop me from doing them, we all know that, but.... Mal and Jayne and Simon? Hmm. I really wanted to get my favourite relationship in the show, which is Mal/Inara (can you believe that? It's het!) But I kind of like Mal/Zoe and Inara/Kaylee, and....

Oh dear, there's just too much good stuff there.

Mal and Jayne and Simon. Well, I can live with that. What's pervy about it? As long as Mal's in the crowd I'm happy. (And how 'bout Mal/Jayne/Simon/Zoe, hmm? Or Wash?)

The funny thing is, this one is true.

I had lunch with my friend Jacques, and we spent a good part of the time discussing what plays we want to go to in Stratford and whether we'll be able to get tickets for "Troilus and Cressida" in August. I find that play fascinating; partly because of memories of a gorgeous underdressed Stephen Russell playing it at the NAC in the 70's, holding his dead lover Patroclus in his arms like a hero on a comic book cover.

Ahem. I'm enthusing, aren't I? Now, who could possibly think I'm obsessive.... My obsessions are spread out over The Lord of the Rings and comic books and Dunnett and Smallville so it's okay, right? I've always figured that if you're obsessed over a lot of things, it really isn't obsession.

Or maybe I'm protesting too much.

I was working a little late just now, trying to find the phone number of a place where we could get our Summer Brochure translated into French, and ended up browsing the phone book under "Translation services".

Found a company called Lexi-tech.

Okay, maybe if I wasn't obsessed that wouldn't amuse me so, but... Heh. It has to be a Luthor multinational subsidiary, right?

I hope we use them.
