So: John Barrowman has a new show. Seems Torchwood has been not so much cancelled as shelved.... Well, not surprisingly, especially now that Russell T Davies has done his thing and gone away. Unless a producer who cares comes along, and that might happen, there's unlikely to be more - and it seems the producers don't want to give us the Torchwood that fans want, anyway.

Which is a pity.

That being said... Gilded Lilys might be fun. I heartily approve of trend to family sagas set in interesting historical periods.
