I'm fairly sure that 1-5 is Baroness Orczy. The Scarlet Pimpernel was published in 1911...
1-9 is Sarah Bernhardt - there was a French film version of La Dame Aux Camellias that year.
2-1 is Friar Iganzio Danti (it's the gallery of maps at the Vatican 2-10 is Johannes Klencke.
3-4. This is King Manuel of Portugal, who married the daughter of Isabella of Castille and Ferdinand of Aragon. These all seem to be medieval, by the way.
3-5. I think this might be The Holy Roman Emperor Frederick (barbarossa) - he had a short-lived alliance with the Sultan of Iconium, and later drowned in a river while on crusade.
3-6. is almost certainly a pope - I'm trying to remember if there are any skipped numbers in the lineage.
3-8. This is definitely something to do with the Castilian civil war between Pedro and Henry. England and the Black Prince were allied to Pedro, but I have not yet found any wine barrels.
3-9. is almost certainly Eleanor of Aquitaine, who Richard and John both made regents of all sorts of things, including, I think, Aquitaine, when they were busy elsewhere after King Henry died.
11-4. This is Katy, in What Katy Did. Her cousin is Helen, and Andrew traumatised me recently with a comic in which various Victorian literary characters are up to no good and Katy's School of Pain is a bondage dungeon...
11-5. This is Catherine describing her love for Linton and for Heathcliff.
11-7. Petruccio asking Kate to kiss him in the Taming of the Shrew
I haven't looked at all of them, but this should get you off to a nice start.
