A few days ago my oven started smelling bad when I turned it on. So I turned it off. It's been stovetop food and microwaving ever since.

I wrote a long and detailed note to the management asking or a new stove, but I still thought they'd probably try to fix the old one. Or at least come and look at it.

Nope. No argument, no hesitation. Their reply: "We'll try to get a new stove to you by Friday."

It's like an extra Christmas present!
