Wheat and carrots...

A few months ago I stopped eating wheat because it made me choke. I had a suspicion carrots were a problem, too, but not consistently. And I like carrots. So I've continued eating them.

But in the past week I've twice had coughing fits from trying to eat raw carrots. It just isn't working.

So now I can't eat carrots, either. Well... not raw ones. Cooked carrots seem all right.

Damn.

What next?
