Yes. I dislike using cut-tags because I like my own page-formatting. Losing that aesthetic somehow cuts down a lot in my own pleasure and incentive of the LJ-writing exercise, which essentially I am doing for myself, not for any audience.
Because, after all, if I don't enjoy this, I won't do it. And I do enjoy it, very much.
So you won't find many cut-tags in my LJ. I realize it's a nuisance for others; sometimes I try to compromise - often by cutting my LJ notes into segments and making them separate LJ posts rather than one long thing. Sometimes I just try to restrain my enthusiasms for things like, for example, John Fletcher, and then I don't post at all. But I can make no promises!
