Another Monday....

Tired.

Walking to work, I realized who it was that the actor playing Ben Hawkins in "Carnivale" reminded me of. Siddig El Fadil - Alexander Siddig. He has that fashionable Colin Farrell look, but beyond that, he has eyes like Siddig, and a similar facial structure.

Walking home, I was listening to "The Return of the King" on audio-tape. It was a chapter I love - the part where Denethor is about to burn Faramir, and Pippin is trying to save him, and Grond is being set up for attack. It's all very tense and suspenseful and I can hardly wait to see it in the movie - in 71 days.

I almost didn't go to the fitness club to do weights today, I was so tired, and I had to work late anyway. But I did go, after that, and it felt good. I guess it was a way to decompress after the stresses of doing overtime.

The birds are very loud and cheery tonight. They are still singing loudly, even though I covered them half an hour ago.

Siddig turned up, pleasantly and surprisingly, on my tv on MI-5. He's still gorgeous around the eyes.
