Tai chi and Supernatural...

Returned to tai chi class today, with Beulah. We only went for an hour. It was good. My body half remembered the moves, and my mind half remembered, and it's too bad it didn't exactly add up to a whole.

In the evening, watched three Supernatural episodes: "Scarecrow" (1x11), "Shadow" (1x16) and "Bad Day at Black Rock" (3x03). Loved seeing John Winchester again. I see why Bela isn't much liked - she's so smug. Liked Meg.

Honest, Bad Day at Black Rock must be one of my all-time favourite episodes. Ever. Even just thinking of some parts of it makes me grin and giggle (e.g., "Don't play with my Jesus!" "I lost my shoe." "I'm Batman!") And Bela... heh. She made two very stupid choices, one as a kid, one as an adult. But she also kinda rocks. >.> In her own way.

It has to be one of the best Sammy moments ever.

Bela is kind of fun; I liked her a lot until she seemed too smug. But ... there's potential there. I like her role. Can't believe she shot Sam.

Well. Not from Sam's point of view, but hahah from the viewers... Season 3 really upped the funny/cracky, both on a major and on a subtle level, and haha that episode is a good example; s4 keeps up with it. (I think that the Dracula taking off on the scooter might be also a precious moment... among others! "I'll man the flashlight!" )

Bela is... smug because she has reasons to be smug, she is indeed a great thief; and she also ... at least thinks that she has nothing to lose. What she told Dean in this episode, we're all going to hell, might at least enjoy? That is more of a reveal than most random-seeming lines on the show. >.>
