Mar. 25th, 2004 11:20 pmI got this from both
lmondegreen and
squashed:
1) What is your favourite vacation spot?
Orkney, Scotland
2) What, to you, is the most beautiful place on earth?
Durham; Northumberland; the north of England.
3) You know the "I can't believe it's not butter" brand of pseudo margarine? Can you believe it's not butter?
Sure. I can believe seven impossible things before breakfast. The best thing about the movie Kate and Leopold was the way Leopold refused to endorse margarine that didn't taste like butter. That, and Hugh Jackman's looks.
4) Is it better to be loved by a few or liked by many?
Better to be loved, regardless of the numbers.
5) Name one kink you've tried to get into, but just don't get.
Can't think of a thing. All kinks are... interesting.
6) What grammar/spelling mistake is guaranteed to jump out at you every time.
It's hard to pick just one. "Alright" for "all right" bothers me; so does a confusion of "less" and "fewer", and the classic "its" and "it's".
7) Are you a packrat?
Sometimes. I'm a packrat when it comes to comic books. I also have a clutter phobia, which mitigates the packrat problem.
8) What's the weirdest thing you've kept instead of throwing out/given away?
Nothing I own is weird. Or at least... no one thing stands out as more weird than all the rest. A broken harp? Shilings from my first trip to England?
9) What do you collect and which item in that collection is your favourite?
I collect good quotations, comic books, and, it seems, budgies.
10) If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Food.
11) Describe your favourite kind of kiss.
The soft, lingering, fluttery kind.
12) What's your favourite number? Why?
Two. Because it is beautiful.
13) Are you using this meme to procrastinate doing something else?
Procrastinate? Me? Never.
